1) Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, please send us unboxing video of the damaged product and packaging along with the shipping label within 24 hours of receiving your order. Email us at earthlyedges9711@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 9310045125, and we’ll resolve it for you promptly.
2) Change of Mind or Unfit for Your Space
As much as we know you’ll love our products, sometimes they might not fit as expected. We offer returns up to 7 days post-delivery. If you wish to return an item, please:
- Clearly mention which items you want to return.
- For partial returns, please ensure only the specified items are handed over to the pickup agent.
Return Process:
- Returns are free of charge. We’ll arrange a pickup from your doorstep.
- Once picked up, we’ll issue a store credit equivalent to the value of the returned items, which you can use for future purchases. (Shipping charges, if any, paid at the time of ordering are non-refundable).
- We reserve the right to deny a free return if a previous COD order was cancelled at the doorstep or if there are repeated returns.
3) Return Conditions
- The returned items must be in their original packaging and unused. All original tags and documents must be included.
- If your pincode is temporarily unserviceable by our courier partners (Delhivery and Shiprocket), the return will only be processed once the location becomes serviceable again.
4) Missing or Tampered Parcels
We take great care in shipping, but in the rare case your package seems tampered with, please take a video before opening the box and reach out to us immediately via email or WhatsApp.
- If you receive an SMS/email stating that your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, notify us within 24 hours of receiving the notification.
5) Shipping & Courier Delays
Earthly Edges uses third-party courier services. While we strive for timely deliveries, we cannot be held liable for delays. However, we will do our best to assist you in ensuring your order reaches you as soon as possible. For urgent deliveries, please contact us before placing your order.
6) Order Cancellations
- Cancellations must be requested within 4 hours of placing the order via email.
- Once an order is packed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Refusal to accept delivery will be treated as a return, with associated return charges applied for prepaid orders.
- For COD orders, refusal to accept may result in the deactivation of the COD option for future purchases.
7) Processing Returns
- We aim to process all returns within 10 days of receiving the returned items.
- Store credit/vouchers will be issued once the items clear our quality checks. The voucher will be valid for 3 months and can be redeemed on any future purchase.
8) Return Approval
- All return requests must be approved before processing. Please contact us via email, WhatsApp, or text. Our team will get back to you within 48 hours with approval or further instructions.
9) Non-Returnable Cases
- Orders placed online cannot be returned at physical stores.
- Bulk orders or customized orders are non-returnable and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
- Artisanal products may have slight variations in texture, color, or size due to their handmade nature—these are not considered defects but rather unique qualities.
10) Jurisdiction
We strive to resolve all disputes amicably, but if necessary, the jurisdiction for disputes will be Delhi, India.
