- We ship across India and offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for select locations.

Delivery Time
- We provide estimated delivery times at checkout. However, these are indicative and depend on your location and our courier partners.
- Estimated Delivery: Orders typically reach you within 3-7 business days based on your location and the courier service.
- Note: Delivery times are subject to location, distance, and logistics constraints. While we strive for timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays by courier companies but will assist you in tracking your package.
Order Tracking & Notifications
- Once your package ships, we will send you an email or WhatsApp notification with the tracking details.
- Your order may arrive in multiple packages if dispatched from different locations, but rest assured, you will only be charged one delivery fee for the entire order.
Cash on Delivery Terms
- COD is not a trial option. Payment is required upon delivery before accepting the package.
- Refusal of COD orders will result in deactivation of the COD option for your future orders.
- In some pin codes, our shipping partners may not support COD. If COD is unavailable in your area, please opt for prepaid payment.

- For any special time-bound delivery requests, please email us at earthlyedges9711@gmail.com and leave comments on your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
Courier Partners
- We partner with trusted courier services like Delhivery, Ecom Express, and Amazon Shipping to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
- If your address is not covered by these partners, we will contact you to explore alternative solutions.
Order Cancellations
- If you need to cancel an order, please email us at earthlyedges9711@gmail.com within 4 hours of placing the order.
- Cancellations will not be accepted once the order is shipped.
- Please note: No refunds will be processed if an order is cancelled at the doorstep or after 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier partner.
